Remember that appearance is everything, especially on the show room floor. Make sure that no matter the size of your company, you create a strong statement that represents everything you stand for. Preparation is the key to a well rounded exhibit.
Your exhibit is meant to attract as many visitors as possible in order to achieve your marketing goals, and so, it is very important to establish your companies brand clearly and thoroughly on your booth. It is important to keep in mind that your attendees will be pressed to view many booths during the exhibit. Therefore, you should in-turn attempt to capture
their eyes with graphic displays rather than hand-outs of text. It is easy for a patron to be drawn in by an eye catching design rather than having to take the time to read what it is your company is trying to display. Also remember the key to a successful presentation is creating a memorable experience for the attendee, attempt to capture all of their senses with your display in order to create a lasting impression.

Any Exhibitor wishing to insure his personnel or goods against theft, damage by fire, accident or other cause, must do so at his own expense. MRCC shall not be liable for any Exhibitor profits/losses or damages in the event that performance of this Business-to-Business Fair is
deemed impossible for any of the following causes: destruction of the hosting facility or any substantial portion thereof by fire, earthquake, the elements; or a public enemy; strikes or other public disorder, law or public authority or causes beyond their control. Expo Management shall enforce all rules pertaining to exhibitor conduct.
